Angela Smith is the outreach coordinator at ProMedica’s Food Pharmacy. She graduated from Owens Community College’s Dietetic Technician Program in spring 2013. As a registered dietetic technician, she has had the opportunity to explore methods of adding healthy twists to popular recipes and has had the pleasure of adding her expertise and personal experiences into health education. Similarly, she applies her expertise and passion for nutrition in her meal planning for herself and her 12-year-old son. Together, they enjoy experimenting with creating healthy dishes and fooling around in the kitchen. Angela’s healthy recipes–and all the ingredients–are available at Market on the Green.
