Daily movement is important for health and well-being, but it can be hard to keep fitness interesting at home. That’s why ProMedica ForeverFit (formerly Wildwood Athletic Club) is regularly sharing virtual workouts through their Facebook page. The club offers a range of fitness services and wellness programs tailored to promote healthy aging.
Here are seven classes (one for every day of the week) to keep you moving.And the workouts are varied — from barre, to core work, to yoga — to keep it interesting.
Barre
This workout incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet with some light cardio benefits for an excellent total body workout to sculpt and elongate the body.
Move and Tone
Get your heart rate up and build muscle tone with low impact aerobics paired with music. Weights are optional.

Yoga
Improve your strength and stamina, improve your range of motions and give yourself an overall sense of health and well-being with this yoga class.
HIIT/Total Body Workout
Grab water and a towel for a full body workout that uses strength, cardio and core movements. High and low intensity modifications are taught, so all fitness levels are welcome. Fascia Release
Help your muscles and tissues relax and lengthen with this fascia release. You will need some tools, but most of them can be replaced with items you may have around the house, such as tennis balls, a foam roller and a large book.

Core and More
Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination. Grab a light weight and some paper plates if you have them, but they aren’t necessary. Modification are also shown if you don’t like floor work.
