A Bodyweight Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Getting fit doesn’t have to mean heading out to the gym every day or buying expensive workout equipment for your home. With bodyweight exercises, you can use your own body as resistance to burn fat and build muscle.

Sommer Vriezelaar, a trainer with ProMedica Wildwood Athletic Club, demonstrates a total body workout with bodyweight exercises that can be modified for beginners or made harder for advanced athletes. After a 5-10 minute warm up, try these at home, in your hotel room, or wherever else you need to squeeze in a mighty workout without the equipment.
