Cooking with your child is a fun way to teach food basics and healthy eating habits. That’s why Hannah Robertson, senior executive chef at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, visited Children’s Discovery Center for a “Kids in the Kitchen” healthy eating demonstration. Preschoolers age 4-5 donned aprons and chefs hats and rolled up their sleeves to make mini fruit pizzas.
